We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please email our customer support team at support.qlife@mail.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement immediately.
Standard Returns
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or sizing issue, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Personal care goods (such as protective gear that has been worn).
